Telecom and Safety Regulatory News
Dear Members of Our Regulatory Industry,
We are pleased to share 2026’s most relevant regulatory updates so far, providing concise insights you and your team can apply directly.
2026 marks an important milestone for ORBIS.
We are proud to introduce ORBIS QRLink, our global solution supporting the shift toward digital compliance—beginning with Chile and Argentina’s new QR-based certification frameworks. As regulators implement traceable online verification models with QR access and Spanish-language disclosures, QRLink delivers a secure, scalable, and reliable way to comply with confidence.
By integrating regulatory validation, secure document hosting, controlled access, QR generation, and real-time visibility into one platform, QRLink simplifies an increasingly digital and system-driven compliance environment.
The direction is clear: compliance is becoming more digital, more integrated, and more system-driven.
If you have RF devices entering the Chilean market and do not yet have a plan to meet the new mandatory QR code packaging requirements, please contact us—we can guide you through the process. We also support compliance with Argentina’s new safety requirements.
Thank you for your continued readership and trust. We are always available to support you and your team with any regulatory and compliance needs.
As always, for tailored insights or support, please contact Vanessa Beltrame.
Warm regards,

Elizabeth Perrier
CEO, ORBIS Compliance
